Scholarships
Since its inception, the Dahlonega Woman's Club has always promoted and supported literacy and education. We offer a variety of scholarships to students pursing undergraduate degrees at UNG and Lanier Tech.
This $1,000 scholarship is awarded on a semester basis to women who are recommended by a 501(c)3 non-profit in Dahlonega and who are pursuing an undergraduate or technical degree. Students must attend the semester and finish with a 3.0 or better average to receive reimbursement. Applications are available online twice a year.
Multiple $1,000 scholarships are awarded to Lumpkin County High School graduating seniors and homeschooled students who will be pursuing an undergraduate degree at UNG or a technical degree at Lanier Tech. Applications are available through the guidance department at Lumpkin County High School or online. Application are accepted starting February 1st and the deadline for submission is March 30th.
Multiple $1,000 scholarships are awarded to who are pursuing an undergraduate degree at UNG or a technical degree at Lanier Tech and have graduated from Lumpkin County High School.
