Application Information

All applications must be submitted online. Your application will not be complete until you fill out the form entirely, sign the vendor agreement, upload 3 photos and make your payment. The photos must be no larger than 8MB and in jpeg, tiff or pdf format. DWC 2026 Christmas Market On Candy Cane Lane

Artisian Merchant Information


The Christmas Market, hosted by the Dahlonega Woman’s Club (DWC), will be located at the Community House, 111 North Park Street, Dahlonega, GA, and Hancock Park, one block north from “The Square,” adjacent to the Community House, with local and regional advertising for the event. 

The Christmas Market is in conjunction with “Dahlonega’s Old Fashioned Christmas,” which draws visitors from all over Georgia and beyond. 

Members of DWC will be selling homemade food items and gift baskets, with all our profits assisting Lumpkin County children in need. 

Each merchant’s items will be juried with the goal of providing a variety of merchandise available for purchase. We are not accepting merchants selling imports, commercially made products or sweet treat baked food items.


Application Deadline:  September 1, 2026 with email notification of acceptance by September 30, 2026.


Merchant cancellation requests must be made in writing and sent to dwcchristmasmarket@gmail.com  NO LATER THAN November 1, 2026 in order to receive a refund of the booth fee, the application fee is non-refundable.


  Due to the popularity of the Christmas Market, merchant participation is limited to one weekend and one location selection.    

Previous acceptance to the Cristmas Market on Candy Cane Lane does not guarantee acceptance in 2026.      


Community House

Saturday and Sunday, December 6 and 7, 2026, 10:00 am – 5:00 pm or

Saturday and Sunday, December 13 and 14, 2026, 10:00 am – 5:00 pm

  • Booth rentals are $125.00
  • An additional $10.00 non-refundable application fee is required
  • Spaces will be set up on the upper and lower levels of the Community House
  • Booths vary in size, but are approximately 8’ x 10’
  • Some of the booths may contain a piece of furniture, which you may use for displaying items.
  • We provide folding chairs, but we cannot provide tables.
  • Early set up will be Friday 3:00-5:00 PM
  • Set up on Saturday begins at 8:00 AM

Hancock Park

Saturday and Sunday, December 5-6, 2026, 10:00 am – 5:00 pm

Saturday and Sunday, December 12-13, 2026, 10:00 am – 5:00 pm

  • Booth rentals are $100.00
  • An additional $10.00 non-refundable application fee is required
  • Spaces are approximately 12’ x 12’.
  • All booth spaces will be pre-assigned by lottery drawing. Requests for specific booth spaces are not allowed.
  • Early check in and set up  in the park will begin at 3PM on Friday.
  • Check In and set up on Saturday morning will start at 7AM.
  • If you pay for two booth spaces, they will be next to each other.
  • You will need to bring your own weighted tent, tables, chairs and display equipment. No stakes are allowed in the ground in Hancock Park.
  • All vendors are required to have a minimum of 30lbs of weights to secure their canopies in case of wind.
  • There is no electricity available.
  • We cannot be responsible for the weather.  If it is cold, rainy, windy, etc. we cannot refund the booth rental fee.


To Apply: We are only accepting online applications and booth rental fee payments. Applications will not be accepted unless all components are sent which include a signed application, acknowledgement of having read the Merchant Information Letter, three pictures of merchandise, Release of Liability Waiver and your payment for either the Community House or Hancock Park.

If you do not complete your application, when you select save, you can copy the link provided and return at a later date to provide the missing information or payment.

Please note: all applications and booth rental fee payments are online

All merchant applications can not be successfully submitted until all components are completed which include: acknowledgement of having read the Merchant Information Letter, the upload of three pictures (one of your booth and two of your products), Release of Liability Waiver, a signed application,  and your payment for either the Community House or Hancock Park.


Merchant cancellation requests must be made in writing and sent to the email address listed below NO LATER THAN November 1, 2025 in order to receive a refund of the booth fee, the $10 application fee is non-refundable.
